Monday I attended my 2nd Lucky FABB (fashion and beauty bloggers) conference, held at the incredibly gorgeous Annenberg Beach House in Santa Monica. Between hearing from Zac Posen, Hillary Kerr and Katherine Power from Who What Wear, Randi Zuckerberg (sister of Mark Zuckerberg – and both hilarious and saavy), Kate Somerville, and a slew of other inspiring people, I left feeling excited, motivated, and ready to curl up with my laptop for the next month. I decided to wear a dress made by my inspiration, Rachel Zoe, and I’m not sure whether it was in appreciation of laid back California style, or the fact that I knew I wouldn’t last all 12 hours of the conference in heels, but I decided to style my dress with my Converse, and I couldn’t have been happier with the way it came together.

target designer re-release

Thanks to everyone’s favorite mass retailer, Target, many designer names have become household names. I remember finding and buying the Behnaz Sarafpour dress below years ago when it first came out-I couldn’t believe a dress like this was available at the same place I buy my toothpaste and laundry detergent. On March 13th, they will be re-releasing some of their most popular pieces from each of the collections-online and in stores. Every item will be under $50, and only available until April 10th. Exactly 34 pieces are being re-released, a few of my favorites are below. Set your alarms super early on the 13th if you hope to snag a piece, as if you’ve tried before, you know people can get a little nuts around well priced designer anything.
