oreo stuffed chocolate chippers

I haven’t always had a knack for whipping up delicious things in the kitchen. (confession: once in college I messed up macaroni and cheese…the Easy Mac kind…I was reminded of it for quite a few years after…) After a few years of practice my skills have developed a bit and now I’m always on the hunt for a new recipe to try. Luckily, for those who are not so handy in the kitchen, the cookies I baked last weekend could not be more simple, easy, and completely over-indulgent. While I went the homemade route making chocolate chip cookie dough from scratch, you could easily substitute ready-made dough, and have these baked up in no time. For any cookie lover, this is the ultimate treat. If you want to replicate these, here is the recipe I followed.
